the staff are really attentive and. hasnian in the club tower took great care of us, he arranged taxis and even organised a special treat for my wife's birthday. the chefs in the lounge deserve recognition for making delicious pancakes at breakfast and omelettes.
the food at maya restaurant did not have the same quality as before, the room dining quality could also improve. i noticed the room dining menu has remained unchanged for the past three years!

This hotel provided an excellent experience from start to finish. the staff are attentive. They ensured every need was met promptly. the variety of restaurants offered diverse culinary experiences. I found something new to enjoy each day. i appreciated the free shuttle service. It made accessing nearby attractions quite convenient.
I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom fixtures. It could use some refreshing.

the room was very spacious and included a separate dressing area. housekeeping constantly provided fresh towels. on christmas eve, i received a bottle of wine, a fruit platter, mince pies and chocolate assortment in my room. i found this a really nice touch.
Saturday nights can be noisy due to loud music. It sometimes goes on until 3:00 am.

the service from the hotel team was really good, they addressed any need promptly. the hotel grounds include three pools and direct access to a private beach area. i really enjoyed the variety, there was always a relaxing spot available.
this disturbance made relaxation difficult at times.
